A graduate of Wolverhampton University in 1993, Maria passed the solicitors final examination at London Guildhall University. She qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and joined Grant Saw in 2001, becoming a partner in the firm in 2003. Since qualifying Maria has mainly dealt with general residential and commercial conveyancing. Maria specialises in:

• lease extensions
• tenants' purchases of freeholds
• landlords' sale of freehold blocks of flats
• drafting of new leases
• drafting deeds of variations or rights of way
• general legal advice on Leases
Maria is fluent in English and Greek.
