HAD AN ACCIDENT?

With now well over 32 million vehicles registered for use on UK roads, there is an increasing chance of drivers and passengers being involved in collisions on the roads.  Car accidents can be a traumatic experience for anyone involved. They can give rise to personal injuries or even death as well as damage to the vehicle concerned.  If an accident is caused through the fault of another party then consideration should be given by the injured person as to whether or not he or she would have grounds for claiming compensation for injuries sustained as well as out of pocket losses and expenses.  A three year time limit for such claims will apply. Certain procedures must be followed in making a claim.
