Dear Maleeha,

“Now that we have finally moved into our new flat, we just wanted to tell you and Maria how grateful we are to both of you for the amazing help you gave us over our varied negotiations.

To start with you saved us from buying a flat which did not have proper planning permission, you then tolerated our dreadful indecision over the second basement flat, which must have driven you mad and finally you brought home to a successful conclusion the apartment in which you are now very happy.

You saved me from having a nervous breakdown and us from nearly getting a divorce!

You handled all the necessary paperwork brilliantly and at a very reasonable price.   We would recommend  you to anyone.”

 With many thanks again,

Carolyn and Peter

“Maleeha,I would like to thank you for all your hard work with the sale of the flat.”

Thank you

Dear Maleeha

“I just want to thank you for your consistent professional work and how much it helps in an office trying to tie up loose ends.  Some are easier than others that is for sure.

It was nice working with you.”

Melissa Horsley

Thanks Maleeha,

“Your patience and perseverance at Grant Saw has been much appreciated”.

 Best Regards
