“Maria has handled four property transactions for my family and me. In them all, her warmth, efficiency and professional competence were exemplary. She is absolutely clear on fees and disbursements and quick to spot unforeseen problems. She also works miracles with local council departments. I have the greatest confidence in Maria and would recommend her and the firm to anyone. “
"Maria has acted for me on a number of previous transactions. She has been outstanding at all times during this last transaction and without her I wouldn’t have been able to manage the timescales or cope with the process. I am grateful for her professionalism, responsiveness, commitment and good humour. I would have no hesitation in recommending Maria to any of my friends or colleagues."
“Our Conveyancing went smoothly, as can be expected. With a 28 day completion required, there can be some anxiety on the part of your clients, but as usual, we had nothing to worry about. Even though we now live at the other end of the country, all correspondence was prompt, giving us plenty of time to post back documents. We did contemplate using a local conveyancer but the efficiency and professionalism, not to mention friendliness of Maria and her team, persuaded us to remain clients of Grant Saw.”
"Maria at Grant Saw has been invaluable as I have developed my property portfolio. I have worked with her for over 10 years and she is head and shoulders above any other solicitor I have ever worked with. I have happily recommended her to friends and associates and, frankly, I would not work with anyone else."
"I would have no hesitation in recommending Grant Saw & Partners. In the last several years, my wife and I have instructed the firm to act for us on several occasions and have always been extremely impressed with both the friendly professionalism and the efficiency of their partners and staff."

"Over the past 15 years I have enjoyed the benefit of Maria Lati's expertise and organisation. And, because of the competent and amicable business approach displayed by Maria and the Grant Saw Partnership, I would not want to use another lawyer."
"Grant Saw has been our family solicitors for over 40 years. We have seen them grow, from their first offices in Trafalgar Road, then to west Greenwich and Blackheath. Throughout our dealings with Grant Saw generally, and Maria Lati in particular, they have not only met and exceeded the high level of professional service you would expect from a long established, traditional law firm, but also they have retained that sense of being a family firm, giving individual advice when necessary and yet being modern and forward thinking in the delivery of its services. I could not recommend Grant Saw more highly."

"I was introduced to Maria Lati and her partners at Grant Saw by a friend. Since then, they've dealt with my Will and buying and selling my home. I trust them and happily recommend the firm to all my friends."
"I have used Maria at Grant Saw for 2 sales and 1 purchase. She is exceptionally quick, efficient and professional. I was particularly impressed that she came to my house after hours to get my signature. Now I won't use anyone else."
"I have been working with Maria Lati and the property team at Grant Saw for several years. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Maria, who is exactly what a property developer needs in a solicitor; tenacious and hard working. Maria is prepared to put the hours in to meet the demands of fast track and complex property deals, whilst also being nice to deal with!"
"My wife and I have used Maria Lati specifically and Grant Saw generally over many years for various matters. Our issues have been complicated as my wife is a US citizen and we have used Maria in connection with 3 properties in 2 countries, sometimes requiring her to move really quickly. She has always delivered on time and helped us figure out the complexities of different systems and requirements. She has also been really helpful at introducing us to different disciplines within Grant Saw (e.g. Will and estate planning). Price wasn't hugely important to us but Maria also always gave us a very fair price estimate and never once overspent on the estimate. I would not hesitate to recommend Maria and Grant Saw."
"Maria has acted on my behalf on a number of occasions over the last few years - throughout these transactions she has provided a consistent high quality service. Recently, she proved her worth over a particularly tricky house purchase that looked as though it would fall through. By going that extra mile, Maria demonstrated the qualities required in a conveyancing solicitor - perseverance, determination, the ability to communicate effectively and most importantly speed...
I would have no hesitation in recommending Maria."
"We are absolutely delighted with our experience of using Maria Lati of Grant Saw in the recent sale of a property. The purchasers solicitors continued to raise issues about their clients purchase, which caused us considerable aggravation and annoyance, but Ms Lati dealt with them in an extremely professional manner, whilst keeping us informed about the progress of the sale, throughout the entire period. Before the sale, there were a number of other issues related to the property and Ms Lati always dealt with them in a timely and effiecient manner, protecting our interests throughout."
